No. My son is in Canada, and born in Canada

-If possible, he may come to US to file I-485 after 90 days later from the date he enters US as a visitor.

2. Was your I-130 approved yet? If yes, when it was approved and whether USCIS have forwarded it to NVC if your child is in China now.

Yes, he is 20 years old. When I filed 1-130, in December 2021, he was 18 years old.

-So, your I-130 can be upgraded from F2A to the Immediate Relative of a US Citizen, not F1 category.

-Just ignore the Visa Bulletin. The cut-off dates on Visa Bulletin do not apply to your upgraded case because your case has no 排期。
