之前我母亲在美国申请绿卡问了很多问题，得到了8老师的热心解答。现在母亲已拿到绿卡。父亲在国内，为他提交的130已批复，现在进入NVC阶段。现在有一些问题想问8老师，期待您的答复！

1. DS260

Have you traveled to any countries/regions within the last five years? 他只去过美国。如果选择了YES，会跳出一个下拉菜单，里面找不到美国的选项。难道要填NO?

-Did you see a question "Have you ever been in the U.S.?"  in the "Previous U.S. Travel Information" section  before this question? If you did and asnwer "Yes" to that question, then just say "No" to this question because it seems this question does not include US because the previous question has been related to tarvel to US already.

2. DS260

Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law?

-Say "Yes" because your father will be required to do the physical exam including the required vaccine injections before he goes for the visa interview.

我父亲从未接种过新冠疫苗。打算试着要求来美国后补接种，或者申请新冠疫苗豁免。如果必须接种的话，那就按要求接种。这里可否先填写NO, 然后解释/理由写:

The applicant is in the process of reviewing vaccination records and will obtain the required vaccinations on or before the date of the medical exam.

请问这样可以吗？

3. I864

Part3. Information about the immigrants you are sponsoring. Question2: I am sponsoring the following family members immigrating at the same time or within six months of the principal immigrant named in part2. (Do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition)

这里应该填NO对不对？

-Correct, choose "Yes" to Item 1 of Part 3 and leave Item 2 to Item 28 blank in Part 3; put "1" in Item 29 of Part 3. 

虽然我去年已经sponsor过我母亲，但他们是完全不同的 visa petition，所以要写NO。

4. I864

Part5. Sponsor's household size. Persons NOT sponsored in this affidavit: 6. If you have sponsored any other persons on Form I-864 or Form I-864 EZ who are now lawful permanent residents, enter the number here:

应该填1. 而且这里应该是i864中唯一一处体现我也为母亲sponsor过的地方，请问是否正确？

-Correct, put "1" in Item 6 of Part 5 to include your mother into your household size.
