咨询8老师:2023年7月F4签证入境美国。收到绿卡和社安号后，因身体原因，寄出了I-131申请Reentry permission。10月末离境返中国，离境后第二天移民局发出信件通知己经收取打指纹费用，等待下一步通知。但迄今为止未收到下一步通知。有没有什么办法可以查移民局是否寄出了打指纹预约通知？

-Sometimes USCIS may use the biometrics in the system for the reentry permit from your green card application and thus, you may not be required to do the biometrics again.

现计划9月份再去美国，现咨询以下问题:问题一，入境时会遇到麻烦吗？

-It should be fine because your stay in China is less than one year when you return. Bring the Receipt Notice of the reentry permit application with you if your stay in China has been over one year.

问题二，上述回美证申请仍然有效吗？

-Yes if you left US after the receipt date on the Receipt Notice of the I-131.

是否是在美国境内才会收到打指纹等下一步的通知？

-Irrelevant.

或者再入境后需要重新填I-131申请返美证？

-Not need.
