按照父亲被退回包裹的情况母亲的包裹应该也会被拒并要求重新提交，但是至今已经过去五周半，仍然没有任何消息。既没有收到短信邮件，也没有收到被退回的包裹。向USCIS询问了很多次接线员让发邮件去询问，说email一般是30天之内回复。我们很着急不知道是不是应该无限制地等下去，还是有其他什么办法可以再催促一下？

-Did you receive the Receipt Notice of your mother's case yet or the payment check for your mother's case was cached/cleared yet? If no, you may send an email to ask as the USCIS phone representative suggested. If yes, just wait.

主要邮寄的材料里都是公证的原件，怕万一寄丢了再提交的话都没办法。
