8老师，我母亲在美国境内申请485已批准，现在准备给在国内的父亲境外申请绿卡，填写i-130有几个问题想请教下

1. Part 4 information about beneficiary, 父亲准备在中国申请美国绿卡，我是不是应该选择he will apply for an immigrant visa abroad at the US embassy or us consulate in 62a city ir town填Guangzhou, 62b province 填Guangdong, 62c China (中国不管居住地是不是都只能选择广州领事馆办理移民签证？）

2. Part 5 other information, 1 我已经给妈妈办理过，所以选yes, 那么provide name, place, date of filing, results这里的3a city or town, 3b state这两个填什么呀，是我和妈妈file130时候居住的城市和州吗？

-Put the USCIS Center where the I-130 was approved (find it from the I-130 Approcal Notice or Receipt Notice). If you lost the Receipt/Approval Notcie, you may put the city and state where the USCIS Field Office is located near you.
