8老师你好，我阿姨2022年初来美国后找律师办了政治庇护的工卡（她是台湾护照），她拿到工卡后没有去再申请绿卡。并且她因为个人原因2023年2月就离开美国了。2023年11月她和我爸爸结婚。我爸爸今年1月已经帮她申请了130。但是没有处理她以前办工卡的事。请问8老师，现在我们这种情况应该怎么做呢？谢谢
