Estimated processing time... does NOT make sense (or maybe)

Concurren filing of 130/485/131 on March 1.

Now it shows the following estimated time until case decsion - 130/22 mo, 485/5 mo, 131/12.5 mo (80% of cases are compted within). Is it possible that 485 decision is made and approved but 130 is still pending? In that case when, or under what condition, will the GC be issued and mailed to me?
