交485申请表的时候，在是否要SSN那项选了Yes，485批准后是否自动寄给我新的SSN，或者是还需要自己到相关部门去申请？自己去大概多久拿到新的SSN？

如果SSN号码与原来的相同，有必要去换新的SSN吗？

- Yes, you need to go to the local SSA Office to update your SSN card though  your SSN number will remain the same. Your new SSN card will not contain "VALID FOR WORK ONLY WITH DHS AUTHORIZATION".

Also don't forget to show your green card to your employer.
