我在一个总部在美国的公司已经工作很多年了
2020年到现在，在中国分公司任职manager，下面有3个下属汇报给我
现在有一个到美国总部工作的机会，也是manager职位，并使用L1A visa，到了美国以后不确定有没有下属汇报给我。
请问一下，到了美国以后，虽然是manager职位，使用L1A visa , 但是如果没有直接下属汇报给我，还可以正常进行L1A转EB1C 申请绿卡吗？
