请教8老师， 关于Case Remains Pending

check my I-485 case through Case Status Online. got the folowing info.

"Case Remains Pending

We are temporarily pausing work on your application because an immigrant visa number is not immediately available to you. Once an immigrant visa number becomes immediately available to you, we will resume processing of your application."

我猜测这是表示我的priority date 没有到。但我的preority date is Aug. 4th, 2020。现在的bulletin date of July is Sep. 1st, 2020. 我是不是要联系USCIS? 如果是，应该怎么联系？用什么Form。谢谢！
