请问8老师,USCIS changed the CSPA rule in 2023. Do you know if DOS adopted this change as of today?

if you can include the link for relevant information that will be great. Thanks a million!

-I don't have the information, but from the following I cited from the USCIS website:

Chapter 7 - Child Status Protection Act | USCIS

The new rule applies to immigrant visa application through Consular Processing. Also, NVC  have accepted the child DS 260 in your case. So, you had better hire a lawyer to do the justification if the US Consulate do not add the child after you request them. Ask the US Consulate the reason.

CSPA applies to both noncitizens abroad who are applying for an immigrant visa through the Department of State (DOS) and noncitizens physically present in the United States who are applying for adjustment of status through USCIS. This chapter primarily focuses on the impact of CSPA on adjustment applicants, though the same principles generally apply to noncitizens seeking an immigrant visa through DOS.[8]
