1，等候移民要8年，到时我的大孙子会age-out 吗？

-Depends on when your I-130 is approved. If it takes about 11 to 12 years for your I-130 to be approved (F3 Category-your son was married) or 6 to 7 years (F1 category-your son was not married/divorced), the child may not age-out.

2，我儿子现在离婚了，我需要改I-130 为单身成年的亲属移民吗？

-After your I-130 is approved, you just need to request USCIS by mail to upgrade your I-130 from F3 to F1 by providing your son's divorce certificate.

是不是排期会快一点?

-Yes, it is about 5 years earlier.

3, 什么时候需要 file DS 260?
