1、绿卡20多年了，申请公民 General Provision，还需要提供结婚证吗？

-No. Because you got green card more than 5 years ago, you do not need to provide this document even if you got the green card through marriage.

中国结婚证还需要找有资质的翻译，挺麻烦的，问了几个朋友，都是好多年前申请的，都说没有印象提供结婚证，

不知道是不是只有婚姻入籍的情况才需要？

-If the green card was based on marriage and the applicant applies for the US citizenship between 3 years to five years after getting the green card, then the marriage certificate is required. This document is not required for all the other categories of green card holders.

2、申请人在过去五年的就业和就读学校信息，如果是家庭主妇还需要填吗？还是空白不填？
