朋友儿子16岁，跟目前条件绿卡。去年申请条件绿卡转正，延期到今年九月，仍然没有消息。

孩子想回国去国际学校读完高中，然后回美国读大学，还有两年高中。

选择一：申请AP。但是条件绿卡还没转正，今年九月份条件绿卡到期。可能AP也不能申请太久。另外他这两年还回美国一两次；

-The kid needs to apply for reentery permit (not AP) which allows him to stay in China for > one year < two years. It is fine for him to use the rrentry permit to come back to US during this period of time. If needed, the kid can come back to US to re-apply for the reentry permit before the old one expires.

选择二：每年寒暑假来美国住一到两个月，每年两次过来。不申请AP。问题是万一他过不来，是不是出问题。
