我现在是F1留学签证，三年之后签证到期，（加上opt的时间，我不确定在绿卡发下来之前我的身份是否一直有效）我现在想申请F2B移民，我的i120表格里的申请大使馆应该填国内还是国外呀，还是国内外都填（不确定到时候需不需要回国重新办签证）。如果我一直不离开美国我还需不需要重新办签证？我可以在美国境内拿到绿卡么？
