申请宗教庇护后，又和美国公民结婚，交了130表，现准备交485表。想要同时交了131表，领回美国证，回中国。因为政治庇护申请並没有撤消，申请回美证，是否可能对绿卡申请有影响。

-Technically, you can apply for advance parole and use it to travel to China after you file I-485 based on I-130. But because you have applied for the poliical asylum, USCIS might doubt your honesty if you leave US for China. You had better withdraw the political asylum application and then, do not leave US until you get the green card based on marriage.
