1. 我太太有绿卡。去年十一月到中国呆了四个月，然后回美国呆了三个月，现在又在中国，因为需要照看癌症晚期的母亲。如果这次也是四个月，回美入关会不会有麻烦?

2. 她回来后还需要回中国，因为我岳父岁数很大了。如果申请返美证，大概什么时候可以做finger print?

-About 5 to 6 weeks. But most likely USCIS may use her biometrics she did for her green card, thus she does not need to do biemetrics.

这个做好了如果去了中国，在那边呆了超过一年，还没拿到返美证（pending），回来时回不回被拒和没收绿卡，还是凭收据不用担心？

-It is fine. Show the I-131 Receipt Notice if asked.

如果返美证已经拿到了要不要寄到中国， 还是海关可以查到而不需要?

-If it was approved, she needs to show it when she returns to US. You may mail it to her inn China or ask USCIS send the approved RP to the US Consulate (i.e.,, indicate this request in the I-131 when filing) and then, she can pick it up in the US Consulate.
