DS160表有几个问题：

我的上一个签证和现在申请的类型不同， 上次签证在加拿大申请，这次在国内.

and is this country or location your place of principal of residence?（这部分问题的回答是Yes）

但是整个问题，是回答Yes or No?

2. Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, or been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry?

Explain:

11年前申请J2被拒，这个问题应该如何解释？

3. NOTE: Provide your employment information for the last five years that you were employed, if applicable.

过去5年没有工作。

Were you previously employed?

这道问题问的是5年前的工作经历？

4.  Have you have any immediate relative in the US?

是否只需要提供配偶的信息？
