我为父母申请了I130，I131，I584，一晃半年过去了，什么消息都没有。在网上申请了紧急出国申请，见到了移民局工作人员，她说只要我父母再打一针疫苗，她拿到疫苗证之后就立刻批绿卡，然后我就带着父母打了疫苗并把证明寄给她了。又过去一个多月了，什么消息也没有，也联系不上她。

我该怎么办？我父母年纪很大了想回去办理房产等事宜，而且在美国都呆了一年了，也需要看看医生了。。。我们全家都非常焦急，
