Normally, if your I-864 has been in NVC for more than one year before you are interviewed, you need to provide the new completed I-864 with the new support documents such as tax return, W2, etc. So, the sponsor had better peprare new I-864, the latest tax return, W2 and employment verification from the employer. Then, bring these documents with you for the immigrant visa interview even if you upload it online to NVC through CEAC in case NVC do not update your information in time.
