请问8老师，错过两次宣誓，移民局现在回复说不会再安排了，我该怎么办？

我请了议员帮我催，结果很快得到移民局的回复：

Your appointment will not be rescheduled. Applicants are given two opportunities to appear at an oath ceremony. Alter two missed ceremonies, your case may be re-opened.

这个怎么re-open?

我可以请议员帮我re-open吗？议员还不知道移民局这个回复，他们告诉我等着他们的update,

还是最好自己请求re-open?另外re-open后还能宣誓的机会大吗？
