请教一下8老师 documents in Chinese for N-400 form

8老师, 您好！Have the  questions regarding the previous divorce document from China for N-400 form Naturalization Application  “If your documents are in a foreign language, upload a full English translation and the translator's certification with each original document.”  What is the translator's certification? How can I get it? Do I need to find the translator with certification to translate the previous divorce document in Chinese?
