-If your I-94 did not expire in the period of time, you were not considered overstay, so do not mention overstay, just explain unauthorized employment as I responded to your previous post.

儿子是Petitioner。在I-130，Part 4, 25.a - 44 (Information About Beneficiary's Family)中，要不要包括儿子(Petitioner)?
