a) part 4 number 3 如果没有孩子，应该写0还是留空？

b) part 4 number 4 既然已经是LPR, 为什么还需要sponsor呢？

-The sponsoring here means you still have responsibility to support the green card holder financially who you filed I-130 for this person to get the green card some time ago (less than 5 years, for example).
