投资理财里目标的设定和风险的关系

 

看网上不少投资的文章，不太见到有人提到具体的投资目标。就是提到，也是没有具体化的目标，象什么足够退休的钱等等。其实一个数字化的目标，不仅有利于投资人在投资过程中不迷失方向，往往还有利于风险控制。

许多指导普通大众投资的书里都会提到一个这样的概念：投资理财里决不冒不必要的风险。但要使这句话具体到操作上，是有一个模式的：设定一个具体的目标（最后的数量和可投资的年限），然后根据投资人的能力计算出能拿出来投资的钱。有了这两项数据，就可以计算出要达到目标每年投资需要的平均回报，然后通过历史数据来评估风险并决定投资的方式。如果你计算出来的平均回报可以通过存CD达到，你就没有必要投进风险大的股市。所以这样作的一个好处就是避免冒不必要的风险。

大家都知道人的本性是贪婪的。没有一个具体的目标和相应的操作来约束自己，在投资上人是很容易冲动的。对工薪阶层的投资者来说，这样冲动的后果就太大了。有的人是越赌越有瘾，而反过来有的人是再也不进股市。平常生活里经常见到或听到投资者因为在股市赌了几把，吃了苦头而丧失了信心的。这些人往往没有一个具体的投资目标，都是“钱么，越多越好”的心态。钱当然是越多越好。但对工薪阶层来讲，最重要的是你要清楚你能承担什么样的风险。要做到不为道听途说的投资故事而冲动，目标的制定相当重要。一个具体化的投资目标和伴随的执行方案在很大程度上可以防止这种冲动。本人从十年前开始制定了一个20年的计划（总共是30年，包括前面在美国生活的十年），按照这个计划不折不扣地走了十年。股市的大起大落没有影响我的投资情绪，而在投资回报没有达到我预期的水平时，随着家庭经济情况的改善，我通过加大投入来弥补。每年年终总结时，虽然股市回报不近人意，但看到的依然是希望和信心。这是我十年的投资年终总结（别用这些数字计算我的回报，这些数字包括投入和回报。我的平均回报比SP500落后大约一个百分点。本文的重点是强调在投资理财上，一个计划以及相应的执行部分是重要的。）：

毫无疑问，这样的投资方式很boring。没有了激情，没有了大赢一把的激动，生活会无聊很多。但不必为投资操太多的心，而把精力用在家庭和生活的其他方面其实也可以让生活丰富多彩的。新的一年，我在向超前四年进军，也希望今年能跨越50%这个里程碑。
