And I do not try to prevent anything. People are what they are made of. I only use this forum to observe crowd behavior.

It is always interesting to me, that real estate market has been on the rise for 40+ years. Yet at 2005 peak even until now, very few are saying it is still in a bubble. Yet, gold has only risen 10+ years, everyone is saying we have a gold bubble.

It is amazing when we do parallel comparison. That is what I try to observe.
