By the end of the term, if no damages, you would have to refund the deposit.

Even if there are damages, you will have to argue to deduct the pet deposit.

But for pet rent, anyway, you keep it. If there are damages, you can still deduct from the normal deposit.

I usually charge $50-$100 per pet depends on the size

$100/month per dog would be nice :)

收不收pet rent我觉得要看当地的惯例。有的地方房东都收，有的地方大家不收。
