I just claimed one water leak from drain pipe in kitchen

Everything normal in kitchen. A breakage just under subfloor. 

My deduction is $500. Don't know mitigation cost (where can I buy one heater air fan?)

Repair cost over $20k. Plumber think the floor settle put stress on the pvc pipe and caused the breakge.  

Allstate paid my 80% before the repair started. tile could not match so all the tiles will need to be changed. 

laminate floor could not get match so I guess the cost is to change the laminated floor of the whole room.   

The mitigation company wanted to break granite countertop but I insisted saving them. They had granite company that came and there was a chip at a corner. 

I need to save some on repair so I can pay for insurance premium increase. Allstate is quite good on a few claims I made over the 10 years.
