10年前，25万现金买入，8万装修，去年Cash flow $379,926.70, 多家庭，现在值多少？

对地主来说， 没有绝对的被动收入，找好的deal, 学学如何装修,  就算自己不劳力，但也劳心。

不听老人言，吃亏在眼前。不管什么投资或者实业，都要从基层做起，只有基本功扎实，才能获得更好回报
