巴尔的摩的foreclosure houses才几万。有人去那里投资出租房吗？

几万的房子估计修好的费用也要翻倍才行。

房价平均价格20万，是不是大城市中最低的了？我问了谷歌，看到几篇文章说现在投资巴尔的摩不错。不知道有没有知情的大侠？
