Jessefan and va_landlord are totally different

Jessefan most likely uses cash for the real estate investment, but va_landlord is always trying extramely hard to maximizes the leverage (even with hard money).  Jessefan always focuses on cashflow and stays within local, and this is similar to most of us.  va_landlord is oppisite to jessefan.
