Right, enjoying the work is more important.

To make living on real estate is not easy.  If you do not enjoy it, it is not for you.  You could hire PM, but many PM are so-so, or not good.  It is harder to find a good PM than to find a good deal (property).

Do it like any business.  If you are not a business person, it might not for you.
