好像除了股票就是房子，没有人投众筹吗？

很多人不喜欢和租客打交道，所以会投资一些众筹项目，比如crowdstreet.com, realtymogul.com.

看上面的项目年回报一般15%+，3-5年，也都是投资房地产（比如公寓群），应该是相对安全的。
