房子时sell by owner. Closing时，Seller故意不让closing agent和贷款方进入房间。当时如果我们想到让closing agent和贷款方参与进来就好了。
closing agent和贷款方参只知道我们在争论，并两次提醒不能拖延。如果没有其他证人，您觉得这个Case在小额法庭有希望吗？
