Also I have followed the USCG law suit including Far Cry and Hurt Locker. For far Cry suit, it seems the USCG dropped the majority cases for people not reside in Metro DC area. For Hurt Locker, expect similar or ever worse result for USCG. Most likely you will be fine.

The greedy lawyers on USCG have been sued themselves for Fraud Abuse and Extorion. Check this link:
