No offense, the job of lawyer is to make money for himself, of course he has to follow the legal/ethic standards. Helping client is the way for a lawyer to make money. If one does not know well, he/she will need to ask the lawyer to explain everything very clearly, which means one has to do his/her own homework. Otherwise the lawyer will be happy, very very happy.
