看了一下，要放弃绿卡还得去广东领事馆，
-Not true. Your parent can abandon the green card in any one of the US Consulates in China, not have to be in Guangzhou, and then apply for the B-2 visa there at the same time or later.
老人家嫌麻烦，不愿意去。想问问能不能直接就申请Ｂ－２？现在１０年的，很方便，没有绿卡无所谓。多谢！
