subpoena is asking you to be a witness in court, or asking your or a company to produce evidence such as medical record or bank statements. 

Warrant is authorizing police to do something, such as search warrant, arrest warant.  Warrant would not be sent to you. 

Summon is informing you that you are being sued in court.
