I am glad that you feel some remorse for what you did. You should have told truth and your regrets to the social worker and the policeman. Hopefully, they may not bring charges against you if this is your first time and they believe you. If you keep lying and also coach your child to lie for you, you will be in deeper trouble. However, I still do not understand what your preschooler has done to deserve such punishment which described by you as discipline. A person like you is not qualified to discipline children. I only hope that your child will not turn out like you. In addition, you should not be upset by the comments made in your case here. How can anyone not be outraged by your behavior and attitude?
