Vehice one traveling westbound street, stopped to turn left into parking lot of 36 washingto street. Witness vehicle travling eastbound had stopped to allow vehicle one turn into parking lot. Vehicle one was in the driveway when the cyclist traveling eastbound struck the right real quarter panel.

cyclist flew over the vehicle truck, landing on the sidewalk. Minor injuries noted an cyclist transported by AMR ambulance to NWH.

１）警察当时说，第二天哪道报告，但是一直没出。
２）报告上没写，谁的过错，正常么？
３）Witness当时告诉我，他告诉警察，“You drive your car totally correct, the cyclist ride bike too fast.”。警察是当地警察，应该知道，这是学校区，从我车的损坏程度也可看出，他车速太快。为什么没写在报告里？
