SeetoMD theory of Mind English translation

Today I want to introduce a very simple model of consciousness —

a way to see your own emotions clearly and understand why you react the way you do.

 

In my view, the mind is not just “left brain” and “right brain.”

Instead, it works through six systems:

 

Analytical

Alarm

Comfort

Philosophical

Monitoring

Free Will

 

This is what I call the SeetoMD Consciousness Model —

six systems that are easy to understand and apply in daily life.

 

System 1: The Analytical System

 

“Think of this system as your internal physician.”

 

 

When you say, “Let’s think this through,”

that’s your Analytical System speaking.l

 

System 2: The Alarm System

 

“This is your smoke detector.”

 

Suddenly nervous, sweating, irritated?

Your alarm system just went off.

 

This system keeps you alive —

but sometimes it rings even when there’s no real danger.

 

 

System 3: The Comfort / Connection System

 

“This is the therapist inside you — the warmest part of your mind.”

 

 

 

When you hear yourself say,

“I understand how you feel,”

that is your Comfort System at work.

 

System 4: The Philosophical / Meaning System

 

“This is the philosopher living inside your mind.”

 

It transforms chaos into wisdom.

 

System 5: The Monitoring System

“This is the camera in your consciousness.”

 

 

This system is the pause that saves relationships,

and prevents unnecessary fights.

 

System 6: The Free-Will System

 

The existence of “free will” is debated —

but in everyday life, we do feel a sense of choice.

 

“This is your inner driver — your sense of self.”

 

It chooses between the other systems:

 

You can choose not to explode.

You can choose to pause.

You can choose to respond with wisdom.

 

That choosing ability —

is your Free-Will System.
