Dorayaki 铜锣烧 送个果子还有猫

铜锣烧是一种和风果子，它也是机器猫的最爱。

小时候觉得有两个人真的很聪明，一个是一休和尚，一个是机器猫。

总是想要是我身边也有一个万能的机器猫就好了。

机器猫为什么爱吃这种甜甜的豆沙馅的铜锣烧呢？因为据说这是它补充能量的来源。

机器猫的故事在脑海里已经淡去了很多，但是它的形象和它爱吃的铜锣烧还是跟我在一起。

把这两份小点心放在一起吧

铜锣烧的制作方法十分简单，简单到第一次成功率是百分之百。

主要配料是面粉、鸡蛋、蜂蜜和泡打粉。

饼皮表面的栗子色是蜂蜜加热后呈现的颜色。

不过铜锣烧里的蜂蜜质量高低会影响到它的口感。

里面的豆沙馅是自己熬的，喜欢有点干干的豆粒质感。
