Draw BS, draw CP in parallel to BS. It can be proven that area(APS)=area(ABC).

Imagine the original ABC is reshaped into APS, which transforms the right side into a trapezoid PQRS. Locate center O of the trapezoid. Draw any line across O to cut the paper. Make sure the line doesn't interfere with the virtual area of ABS.
