再问back door IRA conversion，如果是收入不到报税门槛的年轻人

2024如果收入不到14,600,就不需要报税。以前讨论过，还是可以contribute IRA和Roth IRA，那存了7000 Roth IRA以后，剩下的7600可以当non-deductible contribution 到Traditional IRA，然后backdoor去Roth吗？
