请教去西班牙葡萄牙旅行，八月中下旬到底多热？

我知道葡萄牙西班牙八月也是很热，但是孩子的确除了暑假没有那么长的时间可以游览了。我们在西海岸，太远了，不喜欢飞几次玩几次。

所以想问问住那里的，或者八月份去过的，那里热的到底可行吗？计划去巴塞罗那，Seville，里斯本，自驾。

附带两个小问题，西班牙租车可以开葡萄牙吗，租的toll transponder两边都可以用吗？
