Neuchatel (on the way to Geneva), Montreux (east end of Lac Leman), a few small towns along the lake: Nyon, Rolle, Morges, and the not-so-small Lausanne, all very nice; and of course the all too famous Zermatt (may need to stay there overnight to make it worthwhile); and oh, don't forget to check out the Bodensee, <1 hr east of Zurich. You will pass St. Gallen.
