甲状腺病理帮忙！！

日前发现右侧甲状腺肿瘤，超生波结果：2.3*1。9*1.5， 等/低回声，包膜清晰，无钙化点。

在国内医院做了粗针穿刺，给的结果是良性腺瘤

在香港做了细针穿刺，给的结果是suspicious for follicular neoplasm，carrying for 15%-30% risk. 医生建议手术。

From my reading of the literature, the classification of follicular neoplasm including

1) moderate to marked cellularity
2) scant or no colloid
3) predominant(>50%-75%) microfolliculie cells

The report from HK hospital is:

moderate cellularity, colloid containing, presence of microfolliculie, cluster of follicular cell,. The follicular cell do not display nuclear features of papilary thyroid carcinoma. The features are those of suspicious for a follicular neoplasm.

那位大侠帮个忙看看我这个到底是predominant? 有没有type I error?
