帮忙看一下甲状腺B超的结果

去年回国体检发现的一个结节，今年跟踪检查，大小不变。医生只说要观察，没有让做穿刺。这个可能是癌症吗？

FINDINGS:

The thyroid parenchyma is normal appearance and echotexture. The
isthmus is normal with a AP diameter of 0.12 cm. The right and left
thyroid lobes are normal in size measuring 5.3 x 1.6 x 1.4 cm and 5.0 x
1.0 x 1.5 cm, respectively.

Within the inferior aspect of the right thyroid lobe, there is a 0.9 x
0.7 x 0.8 cm solid, echogenic mass demonstrating internal vascularity
and a calcified rim. This is unchanged in size and appearance from
prior study. No other masses or abnormalities are noted.
