Thyromegaly.

	FINDINGS:

	The right thyroid lobe measures 4.8 x 1.3 x 1.9 cm and contains a few
	subcentimeter nodules. The largest nodule is heterogeneous at the
	inferior pole and measures 8 x 5 x 6 mm.

	The left thyroid lobe measures 5.8 x 1.3 x 2.0 cm and is diffusely
	heterogeneous containing multiple nodules. The largest discrete nodule
	is heterogeneous at the inferior pole, measuring 1.7 x 1.1 x 1.2 cm.

	The isthmus measures 1 mm in AP thickness.
