FINDINGS **:
Right thyroid lobe 45 x 15 x 20 mm in heterogeneous echogenicity with mild hyperemia.
11 x 5 x 6 mm nodule in the inferior pole, mildly hypoechoic and heterogeneous.
Just posterior to this is second 9 x 6 x 10 mm also mildly hypoechoic heterogeneous nodule.
Left thyroid lobe 39 x 18 x 20 mm, with heterogeneous mildly hypoechoic 17 x 7 mm nodule along anterior midportion,hypovascular compared with the mildly hyperemic
